Brodosplit produced siloses for cement industry and HOT-GAS generator

Siloses have capacities of 50, 110 and 220 m3 and are intended for cement factories in Nigeria. 320-ton steel construction in accordance with the drawings, anticorrosion protection, painting, and loading on the ship were all executed in Brodosplit. This is a joint project of Brodosplit and Zagreb Montaža-Vikom d.o.o. for German contractor Loesche Gmbh. Contracting construction of siloses is a continuation of quality cooperation between Brodosplit and Zagreb-Montaža Vikom, that started by contracting building of components for the longest Croatian bridge over the Drava in Osijek. Client Loesche Gmbh is a company with long tradition and one of the leading world experts in the technology of grinding minerals, coal, steel, ores.

The world's largest vertical coal-fired Hot Gas Generators (HGG) with a thermal capacity of 53 MW for generating hot gas (above 900°C) was built for A TEC GRECO Combustion Systems Europe GmbH from Austria.Brodosplit made a construction of the steel structure according to drawings, anticorrosion protection, painting, stairway support and frame including bolts, nuts, washers, gaskets and any required material for assembly on site. A TEC GRECO is one of the leading combustion specialists for burners and burner equipment. These contracts, after the roof construction of the Spaladium Arena, pillars for wind turbines and components of the bridge, confirmed the confidence that clients around the world gave to the Brodosplit experts.
