17/04/12 - Representatives of Dutch shipping company Jumbo Shipping, world leader in transport of heavyweight and oversized cargo, announced today in Brodosplit shipyard that the contract for building a second heavy lift ship in this shipyard has come into force. There is an option for building third ship with the same characteristics. 

30/03/12 - On March 30^th 2012, Hull 470 was launched at Brodosplit Shipyard in Split, Croatia. The launched ship is HANDY BULK carrier type, with a capacity of 51.900 tons and was contracted for domestic shipping company Jadroplov.

10/01/12 - The Naval Architects published by RINA, London included m/v “PIANA”, Ro-Pax Ferry & Cargo ship of 11.300 dwt and m/v “ORANGE STAR”, Handy Orange Juice Carrier of 35.750 dwt on the list of “Significant Ships of the year 2011“. 

23/12/11 – The Order book of Brodosplit Shipyard is supplemented with the new ships. I.e. after advance payment to the Brodosplit-Shipyard Ltd. by the shipowner Dutch heavy lift Shipping Company Jumbo Shipping, the Shipbuilding Contract for one heavy lift Vessel has entered into the force. 

13/12/11 - Ro-pax m/v „Piana“ (Hull 468) was delivered today in Brodosplit shipyard, Croatia, to the French shipping company SNC Navale STEF-TFE.

29/09/11 - The Representatives of Brodosplit-Diesel Engine Factory Ltd., and MAN Diesel & Turbo, the world's leading manufacturers of 2-stroke propulsion marine engines, signed in Split, the new five-year licence agreement that entering into force and efect in 2014, i.e. upon the expiration date of the current.

23/08/11 - Brodosplit – Special Naval Shipyard signed a contract for building luxury yacht with Laplaine Management Ltd. company from British Virgin Islands. 

27/07/11 - The Representatives of Brodosplit Shipyard and foreign shipping company executed on July 27th 2011, Letter of intent for the construction of two ships intended for the maintenance of facilities on the open sea, with the option for two more (ie, the model of 2 +2).

10/07/11 - Brodosplit Shipyard and the Dutch shipping company Jumbo Shipping contracted last week in Rotterdam, the construction of ships for the transportation of haevy cargo (the heavy lift ship), with the option of building two more.

9/06/11 - Brodosplit Shipyard in Split, Croatia, on 9th June 2011 delivered Hull 465 – m/v ''STENA PREMIUM'' to Swedish company Concordia Maritime. It is a product tanker, so-called P-MAX tanker, ice-class 1B for carrying oil and oil product through ice areas.
